Tennessee Electronic Library (TEL) is excited about a new standardized test prep and career advancement resource that will be available for free to all Tennessee residents just in time for upcoming AP, ACT, and SAT test dates!

On April 30, 2018, TEL access to LearningExpress Library will end. Beginning on May 1st, testing prep and other educational training will be provided through Testing & Education Reference Center (TERC).  

What will TEL do?

On Sunday, April 1st, Tennessee residents will be able to use Transparent Language Online to learn over 100 different languages through the Tennessee Electronic Library (TEL)!

What is TEL?

The Tennessee Electronic Library (TEL) is an online library that gives Tennessee residents access to magazines, journals, newspapers, essays, e-books, primary source materials, test preparation, homework help, genealogy records, career search, and more!
